Katharine, was absolutely wonderful. We were moving to UT from CA, we thought the process would be daunting, she made it simple and easy. When our financing fell through she was able to get us setup with another borrower. Every step of the way, from searching for houses to closing, and even 2 months after closing she's still very responsive to any questions we may have. She took into account our very specific needs and only provided listings that checked the many boxes, keeping us from being inundated with suggestions.
